Our delivery cost is 4 GBP and your product will arrive with you in 2-4 working days.

Each return incurs an environmental cost, so please take a careful look at the size guides before placing an order. We have addressed issues in the material during production but there is a chance minor flaws and inconsistencies will be present. We are working with upcycled material to prolong its life cycle amongst a culture of disposability. Refunds will only be granted after inspection to items in a re-sellable condition.

You can expect a full refund 14 days of receipt of a valid return. The value of the items returned will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of the purchase. Please use our original packaging to return your garments, and ensure to send using a trackable postal service. Unfortunately we do not offer free returns and any packages sent using a non-tracked service are sent at your own risk.

The carbon footprint of this product can be further reduced by good customer care and keeping it in the system for longer. This is a unique product and we recommend hand washing where possible. It can be machine washed cold and ironed but do not tumble dry, bleach or dry clean. This material has been upcycled from textile waste and pigment dyed. Inconsistencies and imperfections are part of this product and our story.

The material for the initial line has been sourced from commercial laundrettes who service the high end hotel sector. The material is currently destined to be downcycled into rags due to minor rips and stains and then sent onto landfill after one use. We intercept it and it is professionally cleaned and sent to our dye house in Leicester where it is fabric dyed with a black pigment that is easily filtered at water treatment plants in the UK. It is prepared for production at Making for Change in Poplar, East London. They cut the material, tackle any rip or stain in the process and construct our garments. All of the people we work with are paid above the British living wage and we are committed to working with and supporting local designers and makers in the British textile industry. Air travel and shipping globally are some of the biggest contributors to emissions therefore we are only selling our products to the UK market.
